Job Summary

• The Office of Student Life fosters students’ development, learning, well-being and sense of belonging; empowers students to achieve their academic, personal and professional goals; and prepares students to be engaged in a global society.
• Provides assistance to management including: knowledgeable of policies and procedures; assists and participates in education of employees on equipment, policies and procedures needed to operate or function a particular work area(s).
• Upholds a high level of professionalism and attention to friendly, accurate and prompt service; is expected to smile, greet and make eye contact at every customer interaction; ultimately responsible for providing an extraordinary dining and/or event experience.
