  • This role involves collaborating with Business Leaders to understand business goals, developing and executing learning plans, and ensuring learning solutions positively drive desired outcomes.
  • Key responsibilities include establishing relationships with teams to understand business needs, providing feedback on capability development, and acting as a liaison between different functions to ensure alignment with learning needs.
