Key Requirements

• Substantial, proven supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing
• Demonstrated experience leading people in a manufacturing or production environment
• Working knowledge of safety and/or quality management systems
• Ability to work evenings and lead a night shift team
• High school diploma or GED required
