Job Summary

• Provides recruitment services for the Juarez Campus as part of Global Recruiting, being a strategic partner of human resources and managers to achieve recruitment objectives for a select group of positions.
• Under limited supervision, this position coordinates with managers and HRBP to carry out the recruitment process from start to finish, including creating and executing strategies to fill positions.
• The role involves interviewing and evaluating candidates, consulting on salary recommendations, negotiating offers, and managing recruitment data to ensure timely and appropriate hiring decisions.
