Job Summary
The position is responsible for Training New Employees and Managing Shipping, along with Work Order Scheduling and all Warehouse Fulfillment activities such as Material Handling and Picking and Packing Orders.
Maintains favorable working relationships with employees to promote a positive working environment and leads, coaches, mentors and motivates direct reports to achieve the optimum level of performance.
