Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 3 years manufacturing experience with leadership skills
  • CNC equipment operation including lathes mills lasers
  • Ability to read work instructions and technical drawings
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Knowledge of cGMPs and standard operating procedures

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with JD Edwards or Agile systems
  • Familiarity with POMS or Maximo enterprise systems
  • Background in lean initiatives and value stream activities
  • Willingness to obtain PIV and Inspector certifications

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Must be willing to obtain Powered Industrial Vehicle certification
