• Oversees Tech Op’s SMS implementation and maintenance, facilitates the Tech Ops Risk Working Group, and defines investigation protocols.
• The role involves coordinating external audit findings, gap analyses, and promoting JetBlue's #1 value of safety as a Safety Ambassador.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Technical School Program in Maintenance OR High School Diploma/GED with 6+ years relevant experience
• 4 years of experience with SMS analysis, trending safety data, safety investigation, and risk assessment
• Experience with safety investigations, root cause analysis, and Human Factors precursors
• Understanding of SMS and FAA SMS rule
• Authorization to work in the US required, no visa sponsorship
