Job Summary
Actively get involved and support field staff to ensure that projects adhere to set sector standards (donor, government, cluster, etc.).
To actively engage with various WASH networks (within and outside WV Partnership) and regularly update the National Office.
Carryout staff capacity building assessments and contribute to the development of the staff annual capacity building plan.

Key Requirements
Minimum 8 years WASH experience in South Sudan
Minimum 5 years field experience in emergency response

Experience in developing systems to capture and measure impact (e.g., mWater)
Strong software skills including Engineering Design Software
