• The ideal Managing Director candidate has 12+ years of related experience in a high growth and fast paced setting and has extensive experience performing in-depth company valuations, building detailed operating and cash flow models, assessing industry and competitive landscapes, performing due diligence, and executing both M&A transactions and private / public financings.
