Job Summary

• The Player Development Professional partners with the Director of Golf and/or Head Golf Professional to create a culture of improvement, generating increased participation amongst Members and prospective Members.
• Responsibilities include playing golf with members, managing allocated golfers, executing player development activities, and improving golfers' playing performance through coaching and fitting.
• The role aims to increase member value and the appeal of the Club by fostering a more vibrant and enjoyable golf community.

Salary

Salary: $18 to $25 per hour; Lesson Commissions: $30k to $50k or more; Other Commissions: up to $10k to play golf with members

Key Requirements

• PGA/LPGA Profession Certification completion preferred
• High school diploma, or equivalent
• Outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills
