Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job is to act as a leader to production Associates while performing non-cyclical production work such as ordering and maintaining materials necessary to run production.
This position will follow and ensures written procedures are met to ensure production and quality requirements, including monitoring Standard work and Visual Factory tracking systems.
Our compensation program includes base wages, a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy, overtime pay, shift differentials, and call-in pay, when applicable.

Must-have
5 years Integer related work experience
7+ years light assembly regulated industry
Ability to read detailed instructions
Recognize obvious defects in workmanship
Proficient in multiple critical assembly processes
Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices
Nice-to-have
Associate's degree preferred
Medical device experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to fill in where needed
Ability to train others in operations
