Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and strictly adhere to state laws and facility policies regarding protected health information.
Key responsibilities include assisting with personal care, measuring vital signs, observing skin conditions, and promptly reporting any changes in resident status to the Nurse Supervisor.
