Job Summary

  • Ensure end-to-end regulatory compliance across UPS Customs Brokerage operations and support internal stakeholders and external customers on customs and trade compliance matters.
  • Conduct, lead, and coordinate compliance audits, including entry accuracy reviews and process assessments, and develop and oversee corrective action plans to address compliance gaps.
  • Develop, maintain, and issue work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance guidelines, and create and deliver training materials to support consistent, timely, and compliant brokerage operations.

Salary

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Customs Brokerage or Import Compliance
  • US Licensed Customs Broker required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
