Job Summary

  • To develop a functional procurement operating model and framework in a broadly defined group functional strategy; enabling horizontal implementation and adoption.
  • Work cross-functionally with both internal and external stakeholders to establish and maintain working relations with Absa Group and to provide the required category strategy and savings targets to deliver.
  • Take accountability for the monitoring and achievement of performance objectives in the department in terms of employee satisfaction, customer experience, cost performance, return on investments, risk, compliance and governance requirements.
