Job Summary
To develop a functional procurement operating model and framework in a broadly defined group functional strategy; enabling horizontal implementation and adoption.
Work cross-functionally with both internal and external stakeholders to establish and maintain working relations with Absa Group and to provide the required category strategy and savings targets to deliver.
Take accountability for the monitoring and achievement of performance objectives in the department in terms of employee satisfaction, customer experience, cost performance, return on investments, risk, compliance and governance requirements.
