Job Summary
The Employee Relations Manager leads the organization’s teammate relations function, serving as the expert on workplace investigations, ER risk management, and consistent application of policies and practices.
This role is responsible for overseeing employee relations matters end‑to‑end, designing and formalizing investigation and ER processes, and equipping HR and leaders with the tools, guidance, and training needed to address employee concerns effectively and fairly.
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000, and this role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
