Job Summary
The Scheduling and Dispatch Coordinator will be the key interface between the SA Water Customer Contact Centre (CCC) and the Service Stream FS Project Delivery Team (Service Delivery Manager).
This position is part of a 24/7 operations team working a structured rotating roster of 9 hour shifts across days, afternoons and nights, averaging 300 hours over an 8-week cycle.

Key Requirements
Relevant Industry Diploma or Certification
Current Driver’s Licence
2+ years' experience in a similar customer service delivery role
Familiar with IT software (Click, WOA, Maximo, JAMS, MFC)
