Job Summary

• The Sr. Commercial Banker is responsible for growing and retaining a portfolio of ESOP-owned businesses within the Western Michigan footprint, expanding existing customer relationships and developing new business across the greater Southwestern and Eastern Michigan marketplace.
• Increase the Bank’s profitability by cultivating new ESOP-owned business relationships, nurture existing client relationships by assessing and meeting client’s business and personal needs, and negotiate proper loan structure and effectively cross sell products.
