Job Summary
The position will belong to the Capability Center organization and should have strong change management acuity to ensure the success of processes/ Systems and automation tools implemented.
The candidate will possess expertise in designing strategic landmarks and encouraging a change approach within teams to enhance project outcomes.
You will also facilitate and have tactical responsibilities in the areas of Incidents, Continuous Improvement initiatives, digital capabilities project results, and system upgrades.

Key Requirements
