The Pension & Employee Benefits Implementation Team designs, implements, and supports comprehensive pension and employee benefits administration solutions for large public sector clients.
This position offers extensive exposure to multiple business modules including Pension, Health & Welfare, Payroll, and Finance, with primarily remote work and quarterly travel.

Key Requirements
4+ years of experience
Degree in administration, computer science, actuarial mathematics, business analysis, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Consulting or implementation background
Client-facing experience
Experience presenting to executive stakeholders
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite
Strong analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication
