Job Summary

Accountable for assessing, planning, monitoring, and coordinating the delivery of resident care, overseeing ADL provisions, Interdisciplinary Team Conferences, care plan development, and addressing family concerns.

Key Requirements
Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta

Proven experience in taking personal responsibility for seeking information from various sources
