Job Summary

• The VP of Treasury will lead and enhance all day-to-day treasury operations for the organization, including liquidity management, banking relationships, and interest rate management.
• This role develops short- and long-term strategies and prioritizes and executes multiple treasury and cash management initiatives, leading a team of financial professionals.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
• At least 10 years of financial management experience
• Minimum of 5 years leading a Treasury Management team
• Manufacturing industry experience required
• Proficient with Microsoft office products
• Expert capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent leadership, financial, and analytical skills
• Ability to work cross functionally
• Ability to manage and develop key talent
• Confident dealing with all people up to the Board of Directors
