Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related engineering discipline (or equivalent experience)
Experience in product design, manufacturing processes, or quality engineering
Proficiency with SolidWorks and 3D CAD modeling
Familiarity with GD&T and engineering drawings
Experience with PPAP/FAI processes, material selection, testing, and root cause analysis tools
Strong analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Fluent English speaking and writing skills
Strong teamwork and cross-functional communication abilities
