Job Summary

  • The Community Corrections Support Worker will act as a member of the Community Residential Facility Department team, exchanging information to the case management team, assisting residents with their needs, and ensuring that the facility’s rounds, curfews, and check-ins are completed according to CRF policy.
  • The CRF’s priority is to assist and empower parolees - while managing their risk - to integrate them into the community and assist them in becoming self-sufficient and independent.
