  • This role serves as the central point of contact for resolving customer quality complaints, RMAs, and credit management issues.
  • The specialist must validate claims, analyze data, and coordinate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Finance, and Logistics to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Candidates are expected to utilize advanced ERP systems like SAP and MS D365 while generating Power BI reports to track product and regional quality trends.

Must-have

  • 5 to 10 years B2B experience
  • SAP S/4 HANA Sales Distribution Module
  • SAP Quality Module Z1 notifications
  • Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM proficiency
  • Power BI reporting and data analysis
  • Quality Engineering background required

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of ISO9000 quality systems
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools
  • Fluency in English and Chinese languages
  • Background in network infrastructure products
  • Strong conflict resolution skills

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
