Ridgecrestpa is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee nursing activities in a long-term care facility, ensuring high-quality care in compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar setting and must possess a current nursing license

Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility of your job position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty.
  • Participate in developing, planning, conducting, and scheduling in-service training classes that provide instructions on “how to do the job,” and ensure a well-educated nursing service department.
