The role will be responsible for underwriting an Excess Casualty portfolio and develops and manages underwriting strategies for both renewals and prospects within his/her portfolio of accounts.
Develops and implements negotiation strategies, makes independent sales calls to market and cross-market products, and identifies target markets, designs and implements strategies for lead development and builds prospect lists.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years Commercial Insurance experience
Bachelor's degree
Advanced working knowledge of NA Casualty lines
Demonstrated sales, marketing, and relationship building
Very strong verbal and written communication skills
