Job Summary
This position serves as an internal consultant leading process improvement initiatives across the mission areas of the Cancer Program and OSUWMC.
The role requires identifying barriers preventing successful attainment of process improvement goals and proactively finding opportunities to impact organizational goals.
Candidates must demonstrate advanced leadership, coaching skills, and the ability to manage a diverse portfolio ranging from rapid cycle projects to DMAIC initiatives.

Key Requirements

Experience managing major change initiatives with quantifiable results
