In addition to base compensation, this position is eligible for sales commission and incentives based on set targets.

Salary
Base: $80,000 - $130,000 USD annually; Bonus/Equity: $75,000 annually target commission; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k, tuition reimbursement, medical leave programs, parental leave, generous PTO, paid company holidays annually and 8 hours of Volunteer time and a variety of wellness offerings such as EAP

Must-have
Lead sales efforts for burn care portfolio
Develop and execute strategic sales plan
Build and nurture relationships with KOLs
Monitor market trends and identify needs

Lead corporate business projects
Inform new product development
Key Requirements
5-7+ years of relevant sales experience
Medical device industry experience
Acute care settings experience
Experience calling on Burn Units or Burn Surgeons preferred
Proven ability to build and leverage KOL relationships
Track record of successfully introducing new products
