Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards.
Administer medications, chart nurses' notes, and complete required recordkeeping forms/charts upon resident admission, transfer, and/or discharge.
Participate in staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment and supply management, and care plan and assessment functions to ensure quality resident care.
