Job Summary

  • Supervise the team on the resolution of employee issues, HR communication, staff satisfaction and other related HR initiatives.
  • Performs administrative functions in various personnel policies that affect people at work such as work conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, and absence management and grievance procedures to ensure effective service and encourage harmonious industrial relations in the organization.
  • Possess advanced knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements to effectively navigate complex labor relations issues.
