Job Summary

  • Manage all decisions relating to Geotechnical Engineering for Nextpower’s projects including analyzing geotechnical reports, foundation design, pile load testing, soil corrosion analysis, and various other geotechnical engineering tasks.
  • Interface with engineering teams located in the US, Mexico, Spain, and India as well as Sales, Project Management, and R&D teams at Nextpower’s offices around the world.
  • Assist in development of Nextracker products, generate full understanding of the Nextpower product and coordinate with Nextracker's Structural/Geotechnical Engineers in other regions to create and update structural and civil standards.

Key Requirements

  • BS in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • MS in Geotechnical Engineering preferred
  • 2+ years solar industry experience
  • 5 years Geotechnical Engineering EPC experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Spanish is a plus
