Responsibilities include leading nursing practice, ensuring integration of Purposeful Hourly Rounding (PHR), and collaborating with the physician dyad.
The role involves designing, supporting, and leading a safe, therapeutic, and efficient patient-centered care environment, including participation in quality improvement teams.
