The incumbent is expected to assemble component parts as per print and inspect them for conformance to specifications.

Base: $20 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program and overtime pay available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k) match, and paid time off
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
1 year Integer related work experience
2-4 years light assembly experience
Ability to read detailed instructions
Follow written procedures and MPIs
Visual and dimensional inspection skills
Nice-to-have
Medical device industry experience preferred
Blueprint reading ability
Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices
IPC soldering certification
Team collaboration and problem resolution
Key Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent
1 year Integer related work experience OR 2-4 years light assembly
