This strategic position serves as the pivotal coordinator between business stakeholders, Solution Delivery project managers for business value projects, and AMS for enhancements across Sanofi's global iShift Order to Serve operations.
The role carries end-to-end responsibility from need identification through implementation, orchestrating the complete lifecycle of requirements gathering, validation, prioritization, and delivery coordination.
Main responsibilities include End-to-End Requirements Lifecycle Management, Coordination & Orchestration, Strategic Prioritization & Value Assessment, Global K-User Community Orchestration, and Testing & Training Coordination.
