Job Summary
Coordinate and participate in the recruiting and hiring of staff, including payroll and employee benefit programs.
Plan, conduct and document all required Fire/Internal Disasters and External Mass Casualty Drills, and organize In Service education programs for staff.
Provide direct resident/patient care and supervise staff, including taking or assisting with appropriate disciplinary measures.
