Job Summary

  • The Customer Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our customers, ensuring they receive timely and accurate resolutions to their inquiries and technical issues.
  • You will be a part of the CTS & Coordination European Team and report to the Manager Customer Technical Support and Coordination responsible for overseeing and managing the call centre and dispatching operations.
