The Key Account Assistant Manager is responsible for developing and executing joint business plans with assigned customers, playing a critical part in delivering turnover targets and managing category P&L.
Key responsibilities include managing the full customer P&L by category, building strategic partnerships, leading JBP development, and co-developing promotional and Cell Approach plans.
The role requires strong commercial acumen, proven experience managing P&L and customer negotiations, and the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrix environment
