Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for leading benefits related interactions with external and internal customers by consistently exceeding expectations with Middle Market clients.
  • Ensures Insperity and clients are in compliance with benefit laws and regulations by preparing clear, concise, and well-organized communication and presentations using Health & Welfare Legal approved language.
  • Serves as mentor, Subject Matter Expert, or project team member to improve the performance of processes or people.

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5-7 years customer service, HR Onboarding, or Benefit Administration
  • 2 years Insperity or PEO Industry experience
  • 5-7 years healthcare claims and benefit administration
  • Group Benefit Associate (GBA) certification preferred
