Ensures Insperity and clients are in compliance with benefit laws and regulations by preparing clear, concise, and well-organized communication and presentations using Health & Welfare Legal approved language.
Serves as mentor, Subject Matter Expert, or project team member to improve the performance of processes or people.

Key Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
5-7 years customer service, HR Onboarding, or Benefit Administration
2 years Insperity or PEO Industry experience
5-7 years healthcare claims and benefit administration
Group Benefit Associate (GBA) certification preferred
