Must-have
HVAC/R system operation and maintenance
Electrical and plumbing system repair

Use of CMMS systems for work orders
Facility equipment troubleshooting
Valid state driver’s license required

Experience with commercial refrigeration systems
Knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel
Strong multi-skilled technical expertise
Ability to perform facility inspections and reporting

Key Requirements
Universal CFC recovery certification or within 90 days
Minimum four years technical building engineering experience
High school diploma or GED
