Job Summary
The Head of Digital & Direct is responsible for defining and executing the end to end strategy for Plenti’s digital direct to consumer lending channel across our personal and auto lending products.
In this role, you will own full P&L accountability, define and execute an ambitious growth roadmap, lead a multidisciplinary team spanning Growth Marketing, Funnel Optimisation, Cross-Sell/Refinance and Sales, and ensure we deliver a seamless, highly personalised customer journey.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, Technology or related fields
Minimum 7+ years professional experience
Expertise in Sales Leadership, Partnership Development, Product Management, Growth Marketing, Pricing or Portfolio Management
Deep Customer Journey expertise
Demonstrated people management and leadership experience
Proven experience within FinTech, Consumer Lending or broader Financial Services highly regarded
