Job Summary

  • You will empower and develop and lead a team of direct and indirect reports including Account Managers, Systems Engineers, and Systems Engineering Managers.
  • You will also drive overall growth for the entire Cisco Multinational and local customer business in South China and will have overall sales leadership responsibilities for a targeted set of strategic accounts accounting for local and global revenue.
  • We work as a team, collaborating with empathy to make really big things happen on a global scale.
