  • Experience with GC-MS and LC-MS instrumentation
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience with HPLC and FTIR equipment
  • Adherence to ISO standards and validation protocols

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of Lean Enterprise techniques
  • Understanding of polymer structure-property relationships
  • Experience applying Design of Experiments (DoE)
  • Familiarity with rheometry and GPC detectors
  • Sample preparation techniques like SPME and thermal desorption

Key Requirements

  • BSc or MSc in Analytical Chemistry or related discipline
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in analytical method development
  • Proven experience within polymer characterisation preferred
  • Must be based at Harlow site working five days per week
