Job Summary

  • The purpose of the role is to provide a high-quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction by supporting the EDPS IT infrastructure, EDPS applications and providing the primary interface into other EDPS IT teams.
  • Primary responsibilities include end-user support in the installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of all technologies, local support for IT changes, requests and incidents, and administering access to internal and external applications.
  • Key requirements include a Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience, previous IT support experience, working knowledge of Windows/MAC OS and software packages, and excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
