  • You will lead the design and implementation of automated CI/CD pipelines, enforce enterprise-grade security and compliance standards, and drive reliability across the entire software delivery lifecycle.
  • As a Lead Site Reliability Engineer, you will own the reliability and availability of our production systems and champion SRE principles across engineering teams.
  • This role requires an AI-native mindset, expecting you to embed AI tools and practices into how we build and run our platform and deploy AI-powered capabilities into production.

Must-have

  • Define and manage SLOs, SLIs, Error Budgets

  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Kubernetes and containerized environments
  • Scripting/programming (Python, Go, Bash)

Nice-to-have

  • Chaos engineering tools experience
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
  • DevSecOps practices and security tooling
  • GitOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines
  • Bilingual proficiency (English & Spanish)

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in SRE or platform engineering
  • Proven experience defining and managing SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets
  • Strong incident management experience
  • Hands-on experience with observability tooling
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms and containerized environments
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language
