Job Summary

• This position will lead the development and implementation of the Operations Management System (OMS) for Phosphate Operations, including change management and a sustainability plan.
• The role will work with operations to create a sustainable OMS program that includes processes, standards and metrics integrated into the site's culture, driving performance improvements and sustainability excellence.
