Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • One year of experience related to the area of assignment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of OSC Integrated HR-Payroll System and/or Workday
  • Demonstrated experience in data reporting and/or research
  • Demonstrated knowledge of salary administration and state policies
  • Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment and selection programs
  • Current permanent and temporary NC State Government and/or University employees or layoff candidates eligible for RIF priority reemployment consideration may apply
