Job Summary

  • This position is primarily responsible for strengthening financial processes, procedures, and policies as per World Vision’ operational strategy on partnering.
  • The role will enhance tracking and monitoring partnering tools as per policy, contributing towards finance related partnership initiatives on partnering with other key stakeholders.
  • The position will support the reviewing and developing of finance related tools and templates such as due diligence, capacity assessment and risk mitigation, and management and monitoring of financial partnership.

Key Requirements

  • 3-5 years managerial or advisory experience
  • At least 5 years of experience with partner/subgrantee management
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in partner due diligence
  • Extensive experience in working with non-finance stakeholders
  • Excellent partnership management skills
  • Able to effectively communicate with all levels
  • Excellent multi-tasking and organization aptitudes
  • Strong PowerBI and technical/IT training experience
