Job Summary
Support manufacturing operations by assisting in the implementation and improvement of production processes to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient execution on the shop floor.
Assist in the preparation, review, and control of manufacturing documentation, including Work Instructions (WI), SOPs, routings, and Manufacturing BOMs (MBOM).
This role provides hands-on exposure to shop-floor operations, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement activities, enabling early-career engineers to build strong technical and operational foundations.
