The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for troubleshooting, implementing repairs, and ensuring the operational integrity of various parking technologies
Job Summary
Maintain, troubleshoot, and perform general repairs on automated parking system equipment, such as permit dispensers, parking meters, facility count systems, fixed and mobile license plate recognition systems, pay stations, gate boxes, digital signage, and cameras.
Implement emergency repairs and procedures during outages and systems failures, and request support from central office or appropriate vendor when on-site procedures have failed to resolve problem(s).
Transport, maintain, and set-up variable message boards for events and traffic control, and assemble barricades; set-up cones and signs for events, special parking arrangements, etc.
