Job Summary

  • You will play a key role in driving Flexera’s award-winning culture by leading employee experience and recognition programs.
  • You will manage and evolve internal communication channels such as Microsoft Teams and the SharePoint intranet, leveraging modern tools including AI.
  • You will support employer branding efforts, elevate key employee lifecycle “moments that matter,” and help keep score by supporting our employee engagement survey lifecycle through analysis and communications.
